McCain's gonna win Ohio. That translates to Obama-291, McCain-247. Obama still wins, but a tighter race. Still, Republicans have to take Pennsylvania AND either Nevada or Colorado to win, which I think unlikely.

I agree with your prediction exactly. Remember 1976, when Ford came so close to catching Carter? A switch of 5600 votes in Ohio and 3700 votes in Hawaii would have given Ford 270 electoral votes. This year, we'll agonize over Pennsylvania -- my guess is that Obama will win it by 35,000 votes or less -- and Nevada, where I'll guess it's the Lightworker by 12,000. Close, but no cigar.

The campaign made the same calculation: McCain's last stop before Arizona is Nevada.
