While 82% of voters who support McCain believe the justices should rule on what is in the Constitution, just 29% of Barack Obama’s supporters agree. Some folks don't think the Supreme Court should be interfering with democracy by selecting the President of the USA instead of counting the votes as has been done for 200 years. Is Clarence Thomas married to Barbara Bush's niece?

1) Subsequent counts by all the left-leaning newspapers of South FL have all agreed Bush won
2) The system is not designed to deal with situations when the noise swamps the signal. Sometimes you just gotta guess, even if you ignore "1" above.
3) Shall we also discuss the efforts to exclude the absentee ballots (most of which belong to servicemen and women, and tend to be a plus on the GOP side) as far as interfering with "counting the votes"?
4) IT WAS EIGHT F***ING YEARS AGO. IT'S A FAIT ACCOMPLI REGARDLESS. You even had a chance to "fix" it in 2004, and failed -- Get OVER it. Jeez. Moron.
