Stop me if you've heard this before:

Sen. John Kerry initially voted in favor of a Republican-sponsored resolution calling on President Bush to explain his strategy for success in Iraq. Minutes later, the Democrat changed his vote.

No, it's not recycled news--it's the lede from a November 25, 2005, AP wire service story. A sure sign Kerry's running again in '08. As the Senator says, "Bring it on!"
