Whitehall, yes--the port terminal is too the left, out of the frame of the picture. You can't see from this angle, but there's a lagoon between the plant and the offices/condos. Still, they're quite close. Exactly what the envros M_O_M wants to export would prohibit.

I assume that is an LNG liquefaction plant and outgoing terminal?
What they need are environmental activists.
I suggest we batch up some and send 'em over.
