Sort of like that old "...naturally, it was in the last place I looked"...as if you wouldn't have to be an idiot to look somewhere else after you'd found whatever it was!! Of _course_ it was the last place you looked!!
The problem with the mid-east today is that so much of the violence is random. It's hard to avoid "random".
