If you mock Pelosi, you can ignore the fact that the Democrats wish to provide health care for people, while the Republicans wish to soak the taxpayers to provide health care only for their selfish, self-centered selves while increasing wealth for themselves by owning the insurance companies that are currently exploiting the citizens of the USA.
Republicans will do anything to keep Democrats from being successful. They are rightfully jealous.
