Rodriguez forgot to mention in the list that what he did was illegal and deceptive and otherwise simply bad.
Not to mention telling a thoroughly unconvincing tale about unnamed cousins and never talking about it with all his fellow Texas juicing teammates.

Sorry, Carl. I think the experience of many Democrats in Congress (Barney Frank and Chuck Rangel come to mind) would clearly belie the validity of this statement.
