As I've predicted, it's toward Obama:

There's recent movement in Virginia, where some polls have Obama leading. Obama seems to be gaining in Colorado. And New Hampshire mystifies me, though it's been trending blue for years.

I hadn't read your followup comment before. My grandfather's people founded Derry (and Londonderry, Litchfield) - Scots-Irish, arriving in the wave before the settlers of Appalachia. It is part of the Golden Triangle now, and the heart of the area where people have moved in from other states. There is almost no one there who is originally from that area.
My brother drifted North after college in Massachusetts--and votes like he's still in Massachusetts.
Well, mine went to Southern California, then Western Mass, and votes for Nader.
It happens in the best of families.
All areas where liberals run the show, conservatives are hunted for sport, and "progressives" get all the girls.
Were I to supply my brother's address, think you and your grandfather's people could roust him into voting R?
What about a write-in vote for a William Jefferson Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton co-presidency?
Or what about a McCain-Biden vs. Obama-Palin election?
Let's get serious. We need the right people in the White House now more then ever. My first choice is the CO-PRESIDENTS, BILL AND HILLARY.
Is anyone out there open-minded?
What about a HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON and WARREN BUFFET ticket?
We still have time to create a massive write-in vote.
