The "Objective" Media

The AP's headline reads, "U.S. Mistakenly Kills 7 Afghan Police". Sounds like a horrible American screw-up, right? Not so fast--read the story's first paragraph:

KABUL, Afghanistan - Afghan police mistook U.S. troops on a nighttime mission for Taliban fighters and opened fire on them early Tuesday, prompting U.S. forces to return fire and call in attack aircraft. Seven Afghan police were killed.

I'm not mocking the fog of war--I mourn the death of allies. But I'm outraged that the MSM blames America first, last and everywhere in between--and by the fact that few lefties acknowledge the bias.
