NOfP's Rule

I've always been jealous of Murphy. But since no one has turned a phrase of mine into law, I decided to coin one myself:
The number of human rights violations in a country is inversely proportionate to the number of human rights complaints about that country.
As Ed Koch would say, "How am I doing?"

Where outfits like Shamnesty International are concerned, you've got it about right.
