Restaurant Rules

1. Never eat at a place called "Mom's."



2. Never eat at a place whose name is in the canonical form "The adjective noun" (e.g., The Happy Parrot).



3. The quality of a restaurant is inversely proportional to the length of its peppershaker.



4. Eat at places that are either clean or ethnic--but not both.
