State Sponsored Terrorism1

I've written about the Wannsee conference, a January 1942 gathering of middle-to-high-ranking Nazi officials, who hammered out, and transcribed "in chillingly clinical logic and language," the actual mechanisms for making Europe Judenfrei:

1) Treatment of first-degree Mischlinge ["Half-breeds," i.e., half-Jewish Germans]:

• First-degree Mischlinge will be treated like Jews in regard to the final solution of the Jewish question.


• The following will be exempt from this treatment: [omitted]


• Any first-degree Mischling to be exempted from evacuation will be sterilized in order to prevent any progeny and to settle the Mischling problem once and for all. . .

2) Treatment of second-degree Mischlinge

• Second-degree Mischlinge are on principle classed with persons of German blood, with the exception of the following cases, in which the second-degree Mischlinge are considered equivalent to Jews: [omitted]
• Even in these cases exceptions are not to be made if the second-degree Mischling is married to a person of German blood.

3) Marriages between full Jews and persons of German blood

• Here it must be decided from case to case whether the Jewish spouse should be evacuated or whether he or she should be sent to an old-age ghetto in consideration of the effect of the measure on the German relatives of the mixed couple.

4) Marriages between first-degree Mischlinge and persons of German blood

a) Without children: If there are no children of the marriage, the first-degree Mischling is evacuated or sent to an old-age ghetto. (The same treatment as in marriages between full Jews and persons of German blood, para. 3.)

b) With children: If there are children of the marriage (second-degree Mischlinge), they will be evacuated or sent to a ghetto, together with the first-degree Mischlinge, if they are considered equivalent to Jews. Where such children are considered equivalent to persons of German blood (the rule), they and also the first-degree Mischling are to be exempted from evacuation.

5) Marriages between first-degree Mischlinge and first-degree Mischlinge or Jews

• In such marriages all parties (including children) are treated as Jews and therefore evacuated or sent to an old-age ghetto.

6) Marriages between first-degree Mischlinge and second-degree Mischlinge

Both partners to the marriage, regardless of whether or not there are children, are evacuated or sent to an old-age ghetto, since children of such marriages commonly are seen to have a stronger admixture of Jewish blood than the second-degree Jewish Mischlinge.

I was reminded of Wannsee by this item in Sunday's Israeli National News:

The head of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, has approved a new law, providing monetary grants to the families of suicide bombers.

Abbas gave his approval just six days ago, a day before a suicide bomber struck the HaSharon Mall in Netanya, killing five Israelis and wounding scores of others.

The legislation refers to the suicide terrorists as shahids (martyrs), a term generally applied to a person who dies in an operation fighting against Israel.

The story provided "an English translation of an overview of the new law, as published by the PA newspaper, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida:"

The fifth clause of the draft law includes granting a monthly allowance to the family of every shahid, taken from the general budget of the [Palestinian] National Authority… The sum of the allowance is estimated to be $250, but if the shahid was married [at the time of death], another $50 are to be added to the sum mentioned above, and if the shahid had children, [an additional sum of] $15 will be allocated to each of them. In addition, if the shahid had a [living] father or mother, a sum of $25 will be allocated to each of them. If the shahid had brothers, whom he had been taking care of, each of them will be allocated [a sum of] $15... The transfer of the allowances to the families of the shahids is expected to be carried out by the Institute for the Care of the Families of Shahids, through special [bank] accounts [opened] for the eligible people...

The Wannsee Nazis debated death in detail, then implemented murder with precision engineering. The Palestinian Authority celebrates death, subsidizing terrorism with precision financing.

And they say "Bush=Hitler."
