A case of Monday (or Thursday) morning quarterbacking for the Houston Oilers, so what? We learned from Mayor Nagin's mistakes. We can't give credit to Mayor White, however. We can only blame Mayor Nagin for fumbling the ball. What will be the quarterbacks' calls for the Jets, Redskins, Rams, Bears or even the Cardinals? Katrina and Rita today, Al Qaeda tomorrow? We all need a game plan!
