Blog-Post of the Week

From the Swing State Project blog, whose founder calls himself "a lifelong Democrat," but believes "the analysis on this site is free from partisan favoritism," posted Sunday evening with this headline:
Katrina Proves Bush Failed New Orleans
The post's author, Bob Brigham, blames the Administration because:
1. Bush received warnings that this was one of the "three likeliest, most castastrophic [sic] disasters" and did nothing but stay on vacation and cut funding

2. The energy of the storm is compounded by the higher sea tempurature [sic] that is forced upon a hurricane by Global Warming

3. The Louisiana National Guard is in Iraq
Listen for the Moonbats' new chant: "Bush lied, New Orleans cried."

You know, tonight I was talking with one of my brothers and he told me that he couldn't wait to see how they would blame this one on Bush.

It didn't take long, did it?

Actually, the funding cut wasn't to take place till 2006.

Details, details. God must be a conservative, screwing with the liberals.

My prediction is that Bush will get hammered by both the left and the media (am I repeating myself?) when he flies into the Gulf Coast region and promises some more of that "free guv'ment" money to help out with recovering from Katrina. Why you ask? He will either promise more or less than he promised for the Asian Tsunami relief. To some, either answer will be the wrong one. (LOL)!
