The position he has been nominated for seems to have the central duty of upholding the Constitution of the United States of America. Historically, the Constitution has not been viewed to be in contradiction with the Christian Worldview. Some would even contend that the document was birthed out of a Christian Worldview. If either of the last two statements are true then it seems that Judge Robert's Judeo-Christian background would provide little concern when it comes to his ability to carry out the duties for which he has been nominated.
