It's called Unfit To Lead. The ad features Captain George Elliott, commander of Coastal Division 11, where Kerry spent his four short months of active duty. Elliott says he believes Kerry should have been removed from command, and possibly even thrown out of the Navy. Elliot is one of several Navy vets who served with Kerry and say Kerry lied.
