It appears that it's the moon portion that provides the most of the light. Looks like a very pretty set up - those are LEDs to represent the stars in the background??
Sue: actually, the blue lights are permanent The crescent is new for Ramadan--usually, there are fresh flowers in that stand. It's a fairly low lit lobby.

You know, I suspect that you are laughing about us, but it is still rather beautiful and I am glad you posted it.
