An update on Ronald Reagan's spot-on analysis:
Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

4-Block is a good site. Sometimes they're absurdly obscure, other times they're locally topical to Wisconsin, but usually they're at least mildly amusing.
