QOTD

Jim Spencer, CEO of EverPower Wind Holdings Inc., which just received a $42.2 million Department of Energy grant for the Highland wind farm in Pennsylvania, quoted in the Wall Street Journal:
In order to make wind power economical, it requires a tax subsidy.
