Not THE most impressive save I've ever seen, but the most impressive one I've seen lately (though I don't pay any attention to hockey. The only ice we ever have around here is in the freezer.

It is a great reach across, but it looks to me like the puck actually crosses the goal line -- bad call by the refs?

No--look carefully: the stick is not resting on the ice but slightly above it. It's the parallax that makes it seem over the line; the reply from the camera directly overhead--which the refs used--clearly showed the puck never crossed the line.

It was no goal and I am a staunch Pittsburgh fan. I predict this series is going to go 7 games, with Pittsburgh coming out on top.

The Caps would have to lose three for the series to go to seven games. . . Caps in five.
