Good News/Bad Blogging

What's better than a client?--a new client. Better still is a new client who's ones own client. Especially a client needing advice right in ones wheelhouse--particularly when ones 25-year gained expertise is tied to an industry in a slump. And best of all are clients based in Asia, because Asian clients tend to be both funded and fun. So I should be thrilled, right?

Uh, sort of. I forgot the three-hour dinners/one hour after-dinner drinks/another hour cigar-bar/show me around town phase--all too quickly followed by the 8:00am starting-time-meeting-tomorrow chapter.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing.
