Two civil rights groups filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority from randomly inspecting passengers' bags, saying it's an unconstitutional violation of personal privacy.Three observations: (1) the National Lawyers Guild for years supported nearly every Communist country and cause; (2) the AP story misidentifies the organization working with the Guild--its full name is the "American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee;" and (3) on the morning of September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorists crashed American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 into the World Trade Center--after boarding both planes at Boston's Logan Airport.
A judge scheduled an emergency hearing for Tuesday in the case filed by the National Lawyers Guild and the American Anti-Discrimination Committee.
