When Geezers Go Bad

Reported in the Lakeland Ledger, via alert reader Ken, chaos erupts at a Spring Haven Florida retirement home:
Three Spring Haven residents were taken to the emergency room of Winter Haven Hospital for stitches in the head from being knocked to the ground, a cut arm and a bleeding bite mark. All were released the same day as the fight. . .. The fight started when one resident accused another of digging into the Spring Haven salad bar without using tongs. . .. The argument escalated when the accusing man, 62, punched the other resident, who is in his 70s, in the mouth, according to the police report. Others, including the 62-year-old's 80-year-old mother, jumped in to break up the fight.
I'll bet someone just told them Social Security's broke.
